Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello talented pixel creators.
I need a logo for my new project: P-O.st
which actually is a web address
It will be a small gift company website, hence the play on the word post.
I have a fairly clear idea in my head what I would like, here are some more details:

* The P to be like an american style postal box, very subtly - with the flag on it. Please see example icon (sorry its teeny) to show how it could be a letter P.
* the hypen - to be like a letterbox, with a subtle flap added showing its open - a kind of 3d lined effect.
* the O to be a boxy shaped O, perhaps ever a square-ish boxy parcel with a very simple bow on the top (to look like a gift box) or a parcel effect, or another idea is a stamp effect O square with perforated borders - again subtle design elements to the text but effective. I've included 3 icons with this project as inspiration for this letter O.
*the . of the URL to be very clear and pixelated boxy style, and the "st" domain/logo extension to be worded in like a street arrow sign, pointing outwards.
!*! I've included a very rough guideline sketch to help give an idea of whats in my head, but please don't be bound strictly by this, I appreciate you are the experts and am open to tweaks and fine tunes as you see fit - please be as creative as you can and enjoy working on this :)


The key methods I'm trying to get across here is the word post in a playful but subtle and textographical way.

My instinct tells me black text on white background will be ideal - however open to some use of other colours if you see fit.
Please also feel free to include a small www. prefixing the logo, to help indicate that it is also a working web address.
I'm very much open to use the standard international air mail blue red and white subtly as well to help convey it's an international postal gift service.

Finally, the tagline should you wish to include, under a dashed or solid line or perhaps even after a pipe | seperator:
"Post Boxed Presents"
