Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello, we are looking for 2 logo design for our company —— G&L International Pty Ltd and G&L Education & Migration Pty Ltd. We based in Sydney, Australia.
G&L International's business include international trading and investment. You may use color blue, as that's the main color for our company.
G&L education & migration pty ltd is the sub company that does education and migration related service, green and orange are the main color.
We would love to see 2 polished and sophisticated logo design that compliment each other will, and reflecting our company spirit "devotion" and "innovation" at the same time.
We are mainly going to use the G&L international logo so it really need to be good.

I've also upload our current logos, they don't go well together, but just for reference.

Our business in mainly focused on Asian pacific area. (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore... ) However we could expand in the next 10 years.
Our main target client are middle and upper class people who are aged 30+.
Education and migration need to attract both young students and their parents.
