Do you need a collar in your icon or just anything related to fighter?

No, the design doesn't necessarily have to have a collar in it. Anything fighter related is fine. These descriptions may sound funny, but I kind of like "old timer" yet corporate. Not entirely sure those two things go together but then again neither does my whole suit and tie and mma fighter image.
