Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi! We are a real estate agency based in Omaha, Nebraska. We are in need of a logo for our team, the Magis Group Omaha. We strive to provide competent, relationship-based, service to those looking for guidance in a life transition: to a new home, condo or future equity with an investment purchase. As the Latin word “Magis” connotes, we seek to provide “the more”—more precision and skill in negotiating, more attention to property preparation, more strategy for successfully acquiring the property a buyer seeks. The result? The buyer enjoys the peace of mind of more built-in equity upon purchase and the seller enjoys more revenue from the sale of the home. The relationship that results
takes our service beyond the sale. Finally, we hope both buyer and seller are so satisfied that they heartily recommend us to other like-minded people.

We want the final design to communicate the above. We like the combination of both a script font and either a sans serif or a serif. We want the whole design to be both simple, contemporary and classic. The word Magis comes from the Jesuit tradition so we would like to incorporate some sort of the sun logo whether it be just a part of the sun or the whole thing is up to the designer.

Muss haben

• Mix of contemporary and classic. The Jesuit Sun logo motif. Very easily legible.

Schön zu haben

• Our umbrella logo is Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and especially the Luxury Collection. The colors of the logo should go well with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services colors as well.
• We would like to have a version with the subtitile of "Giving More"
