Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We require a logo for an Australian tour company called "Beyond the Vine Wine Tours".
We conduct day and extended tours around the wineries, vineyards, cellar doors, artisans and food producers within Australia.
Our tours are more targeted at smaller and private groups and individuals and are also somewhat bespoke or customised to the guests own interests and taste.
Pricewise our tours are priced at the middle to higher bracket of the market.
Our guests are generally well educated professionals who enjoy wine and the romance of winemaking, the natural beauty of landscapes and food experiences.
Some guests could be domestic travellers wanting a wine and food experience and some could be the international traveller who are progressively ticking off their bucket list.
We are after a logo that we can use on business cards, stationary, websites and brochures and possibly also clothing.
I am thinking that "Beyond the Vine" needs to be the standout part of the logo with "wine tours" being secondary.

• style and class, simple but elegant.
• On a white background.

Schön zu haben

• An effective image tied into the text if it works. Otherwise keep it image free.( I am hesitant about this approach due to the fact it may look too over the top - Surprise me )
• Colour wise I would like the colour of wine and vineyard influencing the logo more than anything. However not too green! More of the red colours.
