Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for the British Truck Racing Championship.

The British Truck Racing Championship draws big crowds and appeals to all ages!
Each event offers a high entertaining mix with fast action-packed racing, exhibition areas, fireworks, open-air concerts, show vehicles and fun parks!
It is the only truck racing championship with TV coverage on 5 different channels all over Europe!

In the past, the championship was organised by BARC – British Automobile Racing Club (http://www.barc.net/) and the BTRA - British Truck Racing Association (http://btra.co.uk/).
BTRA is a championship club founded by several championship drivers many years ago. In this club, the drivers and other truck race team members speak about problems and discuss the regulations and the race calendar for each season. In the past, the BTRA members were also responsible to find championship sponsors, but because this part didn´t work very well – a new company was founded to support the BTRA club and BARC to organise and market the championship better.

The aim of the company is to maximise the exposure of the championship, so more sponsors will be attracted to the sport and so the championship can be developed to a more professional racing series.

To be able to market the championship we will need a new, modern logo.
In the past the BTRA logo represented the championship. We want to move away from this symbol and create a new one.
The logo should include BTRC for British Truck Racing Championship.
We would like to see the British flag colours blue and red.
Please, no British flag in the logo, as I said it should look different as the BTRA logo. There could be a race helmet or a truck in the logo, but please make sure it looks like a race truck and not a road truck. You shouldn´t see which manufacutrer it is - we want to stay neutral and represent all teams.
