Hi there, your project brief is unclear, you haven't provided enough info for designers, as project is being done here and not in private you should give enough details to help designers.

Content area width-> full screen, 960gs, 980, 1000, 1100, etc


1. How many pages? -> Homepage?, what content would you like to have on homepage, instead of letting designers
to make research for your business type, is better to provide info for what you need.
2. Style -> do you have any color preference, usually layout design follow the Logo style, or give reference.
3. Menu -> the links for the menu are very important for designer when is doing the layout, it will help thinking for structure based on the menu links space and other info
4. Social media
5. Footer

We usually ask for the front page design only and we take that design ourselves and we adapt the design to the inner pages. As this site will be fitted into a cms.

3) Menus - The designer should present their ideas. After all, we are paying you for the ideas otherwise we would of developed it ourselves.
