Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with CSS coding only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

Can you please let me know, what exactly are you wanting in your website?

Will you be selling tickets for shows held on your venue or tickets will be available for purchase online for almost all the theatres across the town, city or country?

For the Hiring, will customers just submit their inquiries seeking for information about availability & costing? Or your website will have a system to select date & time & book it by making full or partial payments?

Will you be having any additional features as mentioned in the brief or not.

Further to clarify, the kind of website you are wanting will cost you around A$ 2500 or more.
