Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm looking for an awesome logo for a new business venture, which is called "Property Coordination"

The business is a real estate agency which will specialise in property management and sales; the main point of difference (which really needs to be conveyed in the logo), is that this business will focus on brand new properties / developments.

The owners of the business all have a background in building, so I want the logo to be builder / corporate in identity.

I can't be more clear - PLEASE read the above so you understand the brief. Main points

1. This is a real estate agency
2. This agency is focussing on new build properties to manage and sell
3. This business will be focussing it's attention on builders / developers
