Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi, we need a logo (and soon, web design and packaging ideas too) for a business that will sell tea towels (aka dish cloths).

The products are stylish and up-market and will appeal to people who "like nice things" - people who love cooking and/or decorating their home beautifully, or maybe they like travelling and/or buying presents for themselves and friends/family etc.

So, these words come to mind: timeless yet current, and classic yet simple, but not pretty, fussy or edgy.

As we will represent a number of brands, we also need to convey our straightforward, business-like approach; also modest, rather than extravagant.

The products are used in people's kitchens, so "fresh" and "clean" - but we also have a great opportunity to leverage the "feel" of the product - cotton & linen fabric that has real texture to it, is tactile, natural, raw, real...

Lastly, tempted to ask for a black and white logo that uses the word "trade" somehow, but fyi the company's based in Asia, and though it'll have a pretty international, well-travelled customer base, it's prob best that it has more of a 'Far East' feel, than an American General Store one.

Colours? Again, love neutrals (b&w, also Grey, Camel, Navy, Khaki) anyway, plus easier to coordinate with other suppliers' packaging, but already know there'll be opportunities to use more colour so let's see what you can come up with!
