Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

please see the the screen shot image i have attached, I drew out a rough guide as to how the logo should look.

I would like the logo design to have:

:- The word proventus, this NEEDS TO BE IN ONE OF THE 2 COLOR GRAYS PROVIDED. smooth bold rounded lower case font,
(( The same style rounded font of the current PEPSI logo writing i have attached )).

:- The branding Symbol NEEDS to be CENTERED ABOVE the word proventus.
FOLLOW the attached image. This symbol represents a side on view of 2 hands coming together. This should be black with yellow and or white in it... show me creative options....


I would like the word proventus to be in GRAY.

I would like some striking distinctive yellow somewhere in the symbol.
