The collections industry is known for being stiff, stingy, untrustworthy, and money-hungry. They're known for being ruthless toward their clients, their clients' debtors, and even their own employees.
Kinum is a new brand of services that intends to replace collections altogether and make space for maintaining relationships AND increasing success in collecting dues. Kinum understands that success comes from relationships, and approaches collecting as such. It will include modern software that is easy to use, personalized approaches to collecting that focuses on relationships first, financial services for the debtor in need, and an altogether seamless system to earning back the money that business owners are due.
We do not want to look like any other collections or financial company. We want to be represented by a modern, bold logo that says friendly and relatable, while innovative and fresh. Because we also need to instill trust and stability (we are dealing with client's money), it should strike a balance between stable/reliable and unexpected/fresh.
