Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Deutsche Post DHL wants to appeal to the employees in its Finance Shared Service Centers across the world for participating the Good Practice Sharing contest. If employees are using a process, tools, way of communications or KPIs which can make daily life and work easier, they should share it.

Good Practice Sharing is the global project to share Good Practices/ideas and benefits out of this from all regions. Based on the inputs the global Sharepoint platform will be filled with Good Practices so that all locations/regions/Service Centers/CACs have the opportunity to benefit from other Good Practices. The employees should think about any helpful tools or optimized processes that they are working with and which could be interesting for others as well. The idea is that the employees are learning from each other and seize the chance of simply replicate success. To enter this competition employees will have to access to the Sharepoint platform. Everyone who submits an idea to the Good Practice Sharing platform until December 15th takes part in a prize draw of an Apple iPad and three iPods.

We will require these posters to be in DIN A0 size.

Attached a possible draft of a picture for the poster (a can with many straws - symbol for sharing & learning from each other). However, please feel free to create your own ideas and create a poster, who underlines our intention. Attached also our Guideline for the design of Deutsche Post DHL posters which includes the font and the colors of the company.

Our suggestion for the text of the poster:

"We are thirsty for iDeas!
Use our iShare to win an iPad!

Share your good practices (tools, macros, processes, policies, KPIs etc.) with other regions and win an iPad or one of three iPods! Participate until Dec 15 Good Practice Sharing contest!"

The words: iDeas, iShare and iPad should be written in white in a red box. See attachment for an example.
