Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello to all,
I currently own a craft beer bar w over 50 taps. I have not yet created a logo for the bar. I have been using the bars name in a plain PIPE FONT as the current logo. I think its time to really brand the bar logo with something dark and dirty that really makes you feel like you need to figure out what obscurities are going on at our bar wen you see the logo. We serve very rare and exotic craft beer from all over the world . It is a very dimly lit bar with tones of brick , copper , and wood. We do special beer events often as well as feature live music. We beat to a little bit of a different drum. We are not a large bar and only hold around 100 people but have a pretty large fan base and i really want to get an image behind the name. As far as what i think it should look like , all i have stuck in my head is ralph stedman is'h type simple thing. The Name of the bar is Tap And Barrel. the logo is to be used on Patches ,T-shirts, Growlers , Beer glasses, and coasters stickers and pretty much everything.
