Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a redesign of our current website www.bijingo.com
THIS IS A DESIGN STAGE ONLY
We have attached details of the whole project for your understanding only
We do not want to change our Logo but do want to have a more modern and intuitive feel to the site.
The first stage is the design but we are also looking for a coder to take the site to the next level
Bijingo has a current website that has been in operation for the past 6 years the design was based around the Saas self-service model and while functional does not meet Bijingo needs with regard to the new positioning.
We are happy to stay in Joomla or will look at alternatives
The purpose of the redesign is to align the look and feel of the website to meet our current new brand position and to provide a access point for the delivery of new content from Blogs and white papers as well as a portal for information for our current users for gathering Tips and Tricks and access to additional resources to assist them to provide feedback and get support.
Bijingo is Australia's only PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) software provider that caters to the needs of project managers and C-level executives looking for insights into the alignment of resources to business strategy and investment decisions.
As companies gain maturity in PPM there is a need for innovation and management of change beyond just implementation of tools this is why Bijingo has evolved from being a SaaS to becoming a SwS (Software with Service) provider.
Bijingo is recognized as the tool of choice amongst program and project managers that is able to provide the user with an intuitive reliable interface that is capable of evolving and maturing to meet and exceed client requirements.
We are able to provide people at the coalface with tools that enable them to manage resources, scope, time sheeting, issues, changes and risk with excellent reporting functionality.
For C-level executives we are able to provide Business Intelligence (BI) functionality and reporting by integrating the PPM data with other business management systems such as ERP and CRM to provide a insight beyond pure PPM reporting.
We are able to provide Project Management insights from years of experience working with our clients in developing solutions that are inline with the evolution that comes with change.
Please feel free to email me on peter.watt@bijingo.com if you require any further details. A Site map and a wire frame is available.

Hi All
There are 3 main communication groups inthe sales process.
Users- These are the peoplewho will be at the coal face inputting the data and using the product on adaily basis. It is key to provide them with an easy to use and functional toolthat is able to provide them with the information they are looking for easily andintuitively. They have the capacity to say yes and can push the sale decisionup the chain. They equally have the power to say No and stop the sales processin its tracks. They will have a opinion who or what they feel is the best ofbreed and will try to influence the process.
Users are split into two groups.
Group1- They will be diploma if not degree qualifiedwill be a mix of Male and female with majority aged 18 to 35 they are at thecareer development stage of their life cycle normally on an income 45k to 70kper annum. We would position these people very strongly in the “What is in itfor me”.
Group2- PM who has used a variety of tools and systemsover the years they will be pre disposed to one or more systems and has morethan likely been exposed to MSP. Usually in the 30 to 50 year old age rangewith extensive on the job experience.
KeyInfluencers- These are the people who while notactually utilizing the software need to receive information in the form ofreports etc from the system. They normally don’t have the capacity to say yesbut they most certainly can say no. They will have come from a PM or IT roleand have a strong understanding of the PM processes. Influencers will be 30 to50 years of age they are at the family development stage with strong demandsfrom work and family predominantly male but not exclusively. They would bedegree qualified and possibly have completed or looking at additional studies. Therewill be an emphasis on getting the job done right. They are very time poor and hardto communicate with and engage. While being time poor they have an affinitywith and understand the greater good.
DecisionMakers- These are our key decision makers whilethey may not have direct input into the system or processes they are at the endof the day the people who approve the expenditure.
There is a huge demand for this person’stime with a multitude of people from internal employees and management, suppliers, customers, the community and potential suppliers. They are oftentravelling and going from one subject matter to another meeting after meeting. They will be at the stage where children are gaining some independents or leftthe home, career is stabilized and a clear path is formed. They are very directand deal in the facts and figures when it comes to decision making, they arenormally highly educated to the MBA or Doctorate level. They will be driven byoutcomes not the process of getting there.
A consistent theme across this group isthe following.
Psychographics
·Values time and considers ittheir single most limited resource.
·Excited about accepting andusing innovative ideas and products always wants to be at the fore front.
·Value adding has priority overprice
·Consistent web users: preferinternet over magazines and newspapers
Behavior
·They are leaders in productselection and respond to the opinions of the ‘Industry Experts’ when makingpurchase decisions.
·This group will look to theinternet to acquire the information
·Will make an informed decisionto purchase after due consideration.
·This group can be a powerfulsales force resulting from the referral network they build and use
Hope this helps
