How many screens are you looking to have designed?, the budget is only good for 1 screen, if you want more than 1 you should go up with the price, and also you're gonna have the best designer working for you. Let me know ;)

The current budget suffices for homepage PSD design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
