Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a prospectus made up, around 9-10 pages including the cover page pages 3 onwards can be all a similar template happy for the front cover to have lots of black. I would like it to look very classy and futuristic, high end, blacks, silvers and whites, i am specializing in managing high end rental properties. i would like to design to correspond with the logo. I need to be able to email this booklet mostly - and also be able to print and mail out as well. I would like it crisp and clean as well - not to much on a page. Please note - happy for the cover to be simple with the logo added - prefer lots of black and with the other pages - they can all be a similar layout template to make this job easier?
