Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a new website design for CREIA.org. CREIA is a non profit home inspector association based in California. Home Inspectors are people that come out and look at a house before it's purchased to let the buyer know of any defects that may exist.

Our site is based on Joomla so if you'll be able to make a Joomla 3 template as well, please let us know (not required, but a bonus).

We would like to see designs that incorporate royal blue, white and chrome into the site as that's our main business colors.

We would like a place for rotating banners though they don't need to be the same size as the current site.

We would like navigation to be easier to manage with menus only across the top (via drop down menus) where we are going to sort out the items currently on the side. Possibly the front page could have a graphic link to separate portals for Realtors, Home Buyers and Inspectors, but that's just one option.

We would like a good mobile design or something that will scale easily to mobile.

The Find an Inspector feature is important and should stand out. The ASK CREIAr site

Current home page feels a bit busy. Would like to simplify a bit.
