Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We would like a logo for a (currently) home-based business. Our only product at the moment is an all-natural, organic beard balm; however, it's our intention to venture into re-purposed products, art, and similar items. A great logo would balance professionalism and edginess, tradition and progress, urban and rural. When we think of our logo, we think of "rag and bones", "classic", "eclectic", "unique", and maybe a little steampunk. As of now, our logo will be placed on a tin container that's approximately 2.5 inches in diameter, but we envision t-shirt applications in the future. It should read well and incorporate the word "Hoonia".
We like American Traditional tattoos. That doesn't mean we're looking for an American Traditional tattoo design, but maybe it tells you something useful.

We have received some pretty fantastic designs from amazing artists. The successful designs have struck that special balance between urban and rural, tradition and progress. Successful designs have contained ornamentation, without detracting from a relatively simple overall design. We've found ourselves appreciating the use of stars and vegetation in various designs. It has also been helpful when artists present a variety of color options.The unsuccessful ones have been too plain, too rustic, too refined, too corporate, have an athletic quality, or have some effect that's been done before. Unsuccessful designs have lacked contrast.The winning logo will be timeless. Unique. Eclectic. Because Hoonia is an unusual word, it's also important that the text is readable.Thank you!
