CD-Cover-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design a CD cover, front and back, based on the images that I've uploaded.
Front - I'd like the picture with the white t-shirt in which I'm staring into the camera to be the front cover. I'd like the picture to have an oil painting effect with half of the body disintegrating like a sand storm effect (i've attached a sample image). I want the entire front cover to be bordered in a classic looking gold frame (think Mona Lisa frame and a renaissance feeling). Within the frame, at the top, it should read: A.D.D.I.C.A Jones (centered). Within the frame, at the bottom, it should read: The 725 Theory: Side Effects of Living (centered w/ Side Effects... on the second line). This font should maybe be some sort of brush strokes to work with the bordered artwork.
Back - The back should utilize the picture with the black t-shirt. This should also resemble an oil painting, but without a frame or the sand storm effect. Over top of this picture the following track list should be included:

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Cover must draw people in and force them to want to listen to hear the album. It must have a classic, timeless feel. I don't want the image to ever look old, so it shouldn't look contemporary.

Schön zu haben

• The album is about how a particular day shaped my life. So, the font of the album title should be humanistic and artistic, but the font of the name of the artist, A.D.D.I.C.A Jones, can be in a font that fits, but not necessarily the same font as the album title.

Sollte nicht haben

• While I've requested some graphic effects, the art must not look cheesy.
