Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Ours is a food truck with lots of greens in the menu. The name of our restaurant is Green Bytes.

I want to create a Poster image for the restaurant. Please submit designs on any one or both the themes described below

Size: 1.6 meters by 4.6 meters (horizontal)

Design Theme #1
A poster based off 'Newspaper front page'.
The poster should look like the front page of a newspaper with 'Green Bytes' as its name. The Green Bytes should appear prominently (in green color, possibly light green or lemon color). The poster will have a few snippets about benefits of certain food items or some trivia along with an image. For example 'Garlic is high in minerals & vitamins', 'Chickpeas are high on fiber'. I'll decide on the exact text meanwhile.

I have attached 2 sample images to give an idea.

Design Theme #2

It should consist of the following 3 components:
1. Green Forest like back ground
2. Image of a chef with a welcoming, smiling face
3. The text 'Green Bytes' should appear in the poster

I want Flint Lockwood lookalike, the main character from the animation movie 'Cloudy with a chance of meatballs' to be the chef placed in the poster.
The chef should appear confident, smiling, young with his typical hair style
