Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a residential property development company. We develop small housing subdivisions of bungalow homes - not high rise or terraced homes.

I'd like the logo to include the name MANNIE (which is a combination of our names Matt and Annie), and perhaps the word Developments, maybe also property development?

One thought is that the word Mannie might be the roofline of a house, maybe with a chimney?

Looking for something simple that will print well in black & white.
