Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Our company is doing a new email marketing campaign and we need a graphic designer to provide us with a template to use for these emails. We want a look that will grab the attention of the viewer. We're thinking some cartoonish art or photography oriented design with bright colors. We need it to be tasteful and appealing to business travelers as that is the target demographic for the campaign.
I have a mockup of the layout that we want. My hope is that I can provide the mockup and let the designer take it and run with it.

- It must have all the elements in the mockup. It needs to be eye catching. The headline text a the top really needs to POP.
Also the completed format must be something I can slice up easily. It should be a layered PSD file. I will be using CSS3 so rounded corners and drop shadows are encouraged.
