Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo designed for a startup idea. It's a brand new company so there is no existing design material that you need to match specifically.
The name of the business is "Reef AR". It is an augmented reality app that is aimed at use on the water. We expect that the target markets will be those that recreationally use coral reef's (divers etc), fisherman and tour operators.
Conceptually, we are looking for something recognisable at a glance, using stylised images/elements rather than actual photos. Our preferences would be to include the name "Reef AR" and that it has/includes blue as our main colour is http://www.colorhexa.com/040f79. Note, you don't need to necessarily use this colour - but your design should at least compliment it.
We would like the final output to be as an .eps (vector) file and also as a .psd (layered photoshop file). When saving the files, please use an RGB colour mode as this will be mainly used online.
The final logo will need to have 1 variant as a "shortened" or stylised square version for social media use. The square version should not display the full text, but can use recognisable elements from the main logo to match as it will be displayed as a small image only
