Hi Frank,
I need a clarification on the word "Celssius" that's in the brief, you seemed to use double "ss" to write the logo text and I just wanted to confirm that this is a typo and you want the logo text to say "-4 CELSIUS" not CELSSIUS.

-4° Celsius Gelato the typo was from a logo designer then everyone started to do it
