Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo design or dynamic revamp of our current logo, as not happy with our current logo.
We are based in UK, but have international clients, children as well as adults.

At the moment we specialise in swimming training and triathlon, however plan to expand to other sports and also start online personal training services, so would like the logo to be relevant for all these areas.

Our colour scheme is: white, cyan, black (grey).

We would like to get a logo which would work in different variations - we would like to get all these versions:

A. Colour variations:
1. version for children - 100% cyan and white
2. version for adults - 100% cyan and black/grey

B. Text variations: We would like to get a "long" and "short" version of our logo:
1. Long version - text: Maximum Performances
2. Short version - text: MP

The short version of the logo will be used with more words distinguishing our different groups of services, e.g. MP Swim Camps, MP PT (personal training), MP Tri, MP Academy...

Our slogan is: Maximise Your Performances! or Maximise Your Performances with Olympians!

We would like to get something dynamic, what would look good on a website, t-shirts, resistance bands, swimming hats, pens, water bottles..etc..

Just for a better understanding of our business here is our website www.maximumperformances.com (also considering a revamp).
