Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want to sell organic gourmet dog treats at my local markets and eventually branch out with an online store.
I am living in a town next to the beach and like the coastal element but this is not necessary.
I want a logo that looks classy and elegant. The name I have come up with for my business is Barking Biscotti.
I was thinking some examples of the names of flavours of dog treats may be things like "energy booster", "pampered pooch", "peanut butter heaven", "super-dog" etc pertaining to the ingredients. Some of the flavours I have come up with are banana carob, peanut butter and coconut, cinnamon pumpkin pie, apple and chia, wild rice and rosemary, cheese and rosemary.
I am imagining a cartoon image of a dog (minimalistic black lines or silhouette) with an open mouth looking like it is barking but I want it to look sophisticated as the treats are up market using all certified organic ingredients. I imagine the dog is facing sideways (as opposed to front on). This is just a rough idea in my head although I am open to any variations subject to your creative liberty!
I imagine a lot of people with smaller dogs would be attracted to this product although I have large dogs myself and would like to market my treats to both small and large dog owners.
