Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have a regional team meeting coming up and we want to brand it 'Evolve to Grow'. I need a logo that we can use on the sweatshirts and powerpoint slides for the meeting. Our team is the Latin American team of Celgene, a pharmaceutical company. We used to be a very small team, but have expanded rapidly. The title of the meeting is to highlight the need for us to be able to adapt and change (evolve) in order to grow effectively and reach our goals.

• I'm thinking of something that is circular, because it's an evolution to continue to grow. That being said, I'm very flexible. No preference on colors, but the Celgene logo is Pantone 280C, Pantone 2945U so the 'Evolve to Grow' logo needs to look ok next to that (see celgene logo file attached)
