Our business is focused at taking the stress out of residential refurbishments and makeovers by providing a one stop shop for clients when the need for such services arises. Whether clients are after a full or part refurbishment or makeover we are here to help.• Are you getting ready to sell their home?• Do your rental properties need a spruce up before the next tenant? or• Have you just purchased a home and need to make it their own?Some of the services we are looking to select and manage for you or your clients are listed below:• Staging For Sale properties;• Painting and color consultations;• Flooring (including selection and installation);• Lighting and Electrical (selection and installation);• Window treatments (selection and installation);• Bathroom and Laundry restorations or full makeovers;• Carpet, blind and tile/grout cleaning;• Kitchen makeovers;• Garden tidy ups;• Site clean ups and rubbish removal; andmuch more!Our team can:• Meet with you on site to document a Scope of Works as a free service;• Liaise with trades and provide an estimated budget and schedule to complete the works as part of a detailed quote, for a fee;• Provide full or part project management services depending on requirements; and• Work with your choice of fixtures and fittings or make those selections for them.We only use qualified experienced trades that are licensed and insured.
