Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi - we are a couple running related businesses from our place in Northland, New Zealand. Nicola is a massage therapist and is about to start practicing as a naturopath after recently completing a degree in natural medicine. Glen teaches yoga out of his studio here. We also have a cottage that we rent out. The property has big organic vegetable gardens and patches of native forest.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT: We are going to build four accommodation units (two being made from the earth - cobb buildings - and two “glamping” or fancy safari style tents). The site will also have a natural swimming pool and some wood-fired hot tubs for relaxation and treatments. We will also build also an apothecary for Nicola to work from. Also building a fitness trail. We will be running weekend workshops in yoga, exercise and clean, simple, healthy living.
TARA RETREAT: We are called Tara Retreat - and then split this off for our various roles such as Tara Retreat Massage, Tara Retreat Yoga, Tara Retreat Accommodation.
REQUIREMENTS - we would like a logo that incorporates, or just is, the name Tara Retreat - would like it to sum it all up so we can use on our website, business cards, signage, etc - we are just getting underway so want a logo to tie it all in and convey health, energy and an appreciation of nature. Would like it quite plain, simple and neat. Also for Tara Retreat logo to be readily usable in other forms (eg; Tara Retreat Massage, Tara Retreat Yoga)
COLOURS - we love pale blue (mad men retro aqua blue) for sky and a chocolatey brown representing earth

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Simple, clear, easy to read font - Tara Retreat logo to be easily adaptable so can become Tara Retreat Massage, Tara Retreat Accommodation, Tara Retreat Yoga, etc
• Easy to read from a distance too (for roadside signage)

Schön zu haben

• a matching pictorial logo - I have also ticked pictorial/combination logo as some sort of stylised image, symbol or shape could also be good, but not being a designer I can't think what would match (but not essential).

Sollte nicht haben

• too much going on - we will use the logo on our website (www.tararetreat.co.nz), cards, signs, which will have other info on, so don't want something that is too elaborate or ornate.
