Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a non-profit organization and currently have a website called TorahAnytime.com
We want to launch a new version of the site that will look completely different. It is a video streaming site. We have the programmers who will work on it but we just need a designer.
We have an idea of what we want the layout to be. You can check out samples of the idea we have for the rough layout.

Those are just some of our pages we plan on having.

This is a Jewish site and we have holidays through out the year and we would like to incorporate sort of a theme for each holiday using a background design change. For example, this site http://images.osc3.template-help.com/wt_26563/index.html , has a nice background and maybe we can use a similar idea to change the theme of the background depending on the holiday.
