I want the logo to clearly communicate what we do. Staffing is a commodity business. We need to differentiate ourselves in everything we do, starting with our logo. The staffing business is peppered with terrible logos and websites [including our current one - which I loath]. I want to re-launch this Company with a unique competitive advantage [which I have identified], and a new, great logo and website. Our mission statement is:
We are passionate about continually surpassing our standards of excellence.
We challenge ourselves to listen actively, think creatively, and persistently seek knowledge and new resources.
We forge long-term relationships by identifying the ideal employee to fit each job.
Finding the perfect employee for each job is what we do. It's why people pay us. It is not why we are in business though. We are in business because we are always wanting to get better at what we do in life. I hope you do too. If you are that kind of person you are a winner and you will design the logo that works for us. We aren't looking for another boring staffing logo. The same company designed almost all the logos and websites [including ours]. Look up a few of them, they are awful.

I would like the next update to have process blue, grey and white for the logo colors.
It seems like the use of real people isn't working for me - great effort though.
I know this is a tough idea to convey. Whomever I pick will probably get our entire job - business cards, brochures, maybe web design, maybe presentation materials. We need it all developed. I encourage you to really think outside the box and submit as many as you can.
