Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with CSS only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.

Hi sorry for the confusion. I ask the DesignCrowd about what I needed to do to get a couple pages done for my website they told me to hold a contest and ask for a home page design and after a winner was picked could talk about additional payments for more pages. I am not trying to cheat anyone out of money I just assumed this is how it goes for multiple pages. I should have been clearer in the brief sorru again. Thanks
