The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only with CSS coding - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project of you want the best designers to work on it

I do not need ecommerce, php integration, or anything of the sort. I just need the basic psd/css/html design. It's just advertising our law firm services.
