I actually need this in one day!
We are a tech company in the commercial real estate (CRE) space www.CompStak.com
It is a place where CRE professionals go to trade information about completed lease transactions, similar to the Jigsaw or Glass Door of CRE.
We are looking for a single 8.5 x 11 two sided color flyer to be distributed at an industry conference in San Francisco next week.
The target audience is commercial real estate brokers, appraisers and researchers, and the purpose is to have them visit our website and sign up for an account. Accounts are free, and we will also provide a promo code that gives them various perks for signing up.
The flyer should communicate the main points about CompStak:
- Anonymous
- Fast
- Reliable / accurate information
- Always free
- Easy to use
The flyer should have our logo. Other possible things to display:
-Some screen shots
-A map of our coverage in the San Francisco Bay Area
-Some sample data (selected transactions)
-A big call for action (signing up + promo code)

- Do not think boring, suites, traditional. Our audience may work in a traditional / formal industry, but this is not what we communicate as a company- just look at our videos and website to get the vibe. Think about products that are reliable yet friendly and easy to use. Think Google, not Microsoft
