Message to all designers. My current logo for Stay and Defend cannot be used for embroidery. Anyone participating in this project must ensure the files provided are specifically for embroidery and not for screen printing.

The embroidery files are not a common file type for some designer, I believe many of us don't have embroidery software.
I think it is enough to give you common vector files and let the embroidery man convert the files into file type they needed.

Thank you, I am concerned that when my original design was sent to professional embroidery companies, they said the design was too complex and small. So I guess I am asking if it can be simplified or is it something we could change or adapt to ensure it can be embroidered?

Can I suggest here, that before submitting a design it is run past a local embroidery company to ensure that it can be done globally?
