How many pages do you need?
Budget good for mainpage only as scope for the contest project.
Also no guarantee means less chances of getting payment even if work hard....
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??

Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job design only

The current budget suffices for 3-4 pages only - not more pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it
