Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Background
Caprica Management is a Real Estate Company that manages properties for a small family business. I'd like to showcase the properties that I've acquired and turned around so they're performing well. This website will be a way for me to promote my business.

Different Sections
This website will help promote the work that I've been doing so it should include an About Us page. There should also be a page that goes through the different properties that we've managed and turned around. It would be great to have a design that allows me to visually show the different buildings that may be in various areas in a creative fashion. Finally, I need a section for a blog where I write about certain things prospective property owners should know about.

Design
http://www.metro1.com/ is a good example of the type of design I'm looking for. For the about us page, I'd like it to be able to show a portrait photo and a section to give some information about the person. I will be adding more people to the team so if there's a way to easily add photos and descriptions of new members, that would be great.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Integration of the logo into the design of the website would be a must. I'd like the design to flow together well and not be pages kind of stitched together. There should also be a way for me to easily add properties to the list. I should be able to monitor the people that join the website and obtain a login. It would be great to be able to edit and add things to the design so things aren't hardcoded.

Schön zu haben

• Allow tenants to write reviews of their experience at the property. Should not be anonymous, they would need to log in so at least their first name will show. Blog should also have log in so they may comment on the posts.
