T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for someone to create a tshirt design for a brand I am looking to start up.

The t shirt needs to be an illustration of Kendrick Lamar as shown in the first attachment, in the style of the second attachment which is a picture of the notorious B.I.G. The illustration needs to use the same colors and be very similar to the second attachment so that the inspiration is clear, but still needs to have its own unique charm. If you are familiar with hip hop, the final design should depict kendrick lamar as hip hop's new king of new york.

I included a crude example of what I am looking for, but it is by no means exactly what I am looking for. It should only be used as a guide.
