The current budget suffices for Homepage psd design only - not more pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

I am happy to increase the budget a bit if the designs are suitable. What I am looking for will need some PSD/CSS coding (I didn't understand what the template meant when it said this. I have a team of developers though who will do all the integration! I am essentially looking for a good look & feel of the site with a good colour scheme.
