Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design to accomplish the rebranding of our current company ISIZ (you can guess why we are changing the name...), http://www.isiz.nl/EN/index.html

The new name for our company is going to be DataIM (DataInMotion).
We would like both DataIM and the 'in motion' part to be incorporated in the new logo.

We are a technical supplier for (market) research projects. All of our products, software and solutions revolve around data collection, data processing and data presentation. We're a technical company, and we like to automate processes in a very secure way.

The logo should be serious (we work for some big financial companies) but also modern and fresh. Please keep in mind that the logo should be scalable for use in web applications, so not to many small details. It would be nice if the current colours of our logo (red and blue) would also appear in the new logo, but this isn't a must.
