Personal Training Armadale, a program specialising in fat loss and body transformation programs. Based at the Goodlife gym on High St. Armadale we’re all about changing lives and getting results!
We offer a range of services including:

- Body Transformation and DETOX programs, semi-private group training, personal training;
- Nutritional guidance for fat loss, muscle gain and overall health;
- Motivation, meditation and mindset tools for a healthy mind;
- Running groups and interval cardio training.

The first thing is we will get you results. This is our no.1 priority.

Also, we do it without the use of fad diets and training programs. The approach we use cuts out all the unnecessary, out-dated nutrition advice and training that can lead to a lot of time, effort and money spent for no real change!

We’ve got practical and time efficient training programs and simple user friendly nutrition plans so you can not only achieve your goals but simplify your lifestyle practises in many ways.

You will get a healthy eating plan as I don't believe in diets. This is about eating healthy, balanced meals. Not about starving yourself, counting calories or restricting yourself. You will learn what your day should be made up of to help you lose weight and teach you how to eat in a healthy way
