Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

About:
Calumet Market and Spirits is a market located in GM Renaissance Center which is also the GM headquarters downtown Detroit, MI. The business has been around for 27 years. The building is very confusing to navigate and tough to discover businesses. The building management allows our business to promote and drive traffic to the store with a poster that rotates to different locations within the building according to an internal schedule set by the building's management.

The market sells the following products:

- Michigan sports apparel (College & Professional)
- Michigan sports gifts and souvenirs
- General Motor souvenirs
- Kids gifts
- Detroit Apparel and souvenirs
- Wide selection of wine, beer and liquor
- Large selection of premium chocolate and candy.
- Large selection of general snacks, drinks, candy and nutritional bars, muffins, cookies and drinks.
- 10' Humidor with a wide selection of cigars.
- Magazines
- Variety of tobacco products
- Drugstore items

A very unique aspect of Calumet is that we cater to employees within the building and downtown residents who frequent. We will stock specialty items upon request. We have a little bit of everything.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• We need a poster that pops and presents what we offer with not a lot of copy. Ideal candidate would be well versed in trending typography. Products can be represented with images or illustrations but must convey clearly what we offer. The poster has about a split second to catch someone's eye walking by. Key products would be , Michigan and Detroit Sports Merchandise, souvenirs & gifts, food & drink , wine & cigar selection.
  
  Location is in tower 300, level 1 next to Potbelly's. All towers are color coded and our tower (300) is blue.
  
  I have included example from the building (photo 1) and it's only purpose is to illustrate a typical location of where the poster will live. This is not an example of design direction.
  
  The requirements by the building are as follows.
  
  - 25" Horizontal x 37" vertical.
  - The overall size requires an 1/2" solid boarder on all 4 sides. Visible content will 24" x 36". The boarder is covered by the sign.
  - Min of two color but full color is preferred.
