Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a depiction to use on our marketing materials for how our business model works. We operate an after hours doctors service and we are looking for a way to display how it works better than calling an ambulance and going to the emergency department.
what we want is a circular logo with arrows that show the path then the arrows splits and shows if the patient chooses to go with the ambulance to hospital they will wait longer to get treatment. I have put a very basic example on. we are not locked into the icons or anything just the idea.
it starts with a patient centred approach.
1. Patient needs help
2. patient calls 000 for help
3. Ambulance attends and assesses patient (this is where the choice occurs to get our doctor to come and see the patient or to go to the Emergency Department the diagram should show a shorter route if they go with our doctor)
4. our doctor attends
5. heath report goes back to their normal doctor.
6. alternative - go with ambulance
7. from ambulance to hospital waiting room
8. some time later seen by doctor.
