Project says Job Type PSD design only

The current budget suffices for Homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.

The homepage is fine. I don't understand a lot of your comments.
My intent was to have something designed, so that I could go to vista print and have a website put up.

Creating the design of the home page will be fine.

I'm catching on as I go through this process.

I want to start with the homepage design.....based on what I've seen to date, I'm not sure I actually need too many additional pages.

I will follow-up with the coding and any additional items I need once we pick a design. I need to learn a bit more about the web hosting etc. The only site I've looked at was Vista Print and that seemed fine to me, but some of our friends have recommended other services that I need to look at.
