Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We would like to redesign our website www.equinet.ch. We would like a simple, but modern & elegant design.
Of course the final design will be responive - but we'll start with the desktop design..

-> IMPORTANT: We will need place for 2 BANNERS: one 944x250 pixels and another 300x250px
-> We don't want any big image on the top - this takes too much place. (When we have no banners hired, we can put images of horses in place of the banners)
-> Background should be clear or white
-> Text on buttons should be text and no images
-> I would appreciate a smooth line somewhere that makes the whole design not too "rectangular"

A design we like is: www.reitsport.ch (but don't do exactly the same)
-> see possible disposal of elements for top of the page -> new design.gif

On the startpage the most important are the news, as well as a new classifieds, new events .. exact content is not that important for this contest as we will offer our users possibility of choosing which content they will like.

I just upload some images you could use, but it's not a must.
If you need images, you could also take some ones on http://cavalimages.tite.info/joomla/index.php (it's a friend of mine, so I would pay her the rights if we keep your project)

For this contest I don't expect different designs for mobile phones and don't need a css or anything else, just good ideas. Once we choose a partner this would be another job for you.

(Later, we'll work on the logo ...)

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Place for Maxiboard(944x250px) and halfpage(300x250) banners.
• The look should be modern, elegant and serious but not elitist. We should place banners for banks and other luxury sector, but all horse lovers should feel welcome. It should stay a popular site.

Schön zu haben

• A light element, a smooth or round line that makes the design not just rectangular...
• The design should leave much place for the information
• We leave the choice of colors open, but I like blue.. but will not be the only person to chose.
• You have the adress of our actual site (so feel free to open it - go on the contact page and send us a message,

Sollte nicht haben

• no flashing design, no dark background, no big header.
