Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am the Student Activities Coordinator at Colorado Mountain College-Steamboat. For Welcome Week 2013, I need a standard poster 24x36 with the list of events happening. Our theme is based on the popular Saturday Night Live video "I'm on a boat"

I'm in the 'Boat!
Welcome Week 2013

Graphics on the poster should reflect popular images/designs of SNL I'm on a boat. However, the boat should be a steamboat instead of the yacht image.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of text to fit on the poster. Traditionally we go with 3 margins listing events. I'm attaching the word document of events and our logo to this proposal. I'll also attach a few google images of "I'm on a boat" that align with the type of theme I'm looking for.

One last thing, our logo contains mountains listing all of the different campuses. Remove the campus names and mountains all together. Use simply the Colorado flag C and "Colorado Mountain College".
