Visitenkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a realtor and need a business card design that reflects the area in which I work which is West Vancouver, BC, Canada. I am looking for a backdrop of a waterfront luxury home with pool on top of which I can insert my personal photo. The colors would be blue of course, for the water and pool and possibly white and brown for the home. The card should state in bold, 'Viv Harvey Real Estate'. It also needs to say in smaller print 'Prudential Sussex Realty'. I would need to include my contact information. I would also like to be able to use the same design as a header in my real estate newspaper ads.
