Hi, if you need a back label designed you need to include all information that will go on it, a label cannot be completed without this.

You have also left me negative feedback saying to "remember the label on the bottle collar and the cap", but you did not say in your brief that you wanted these designed, you just said front and back label.

I suggest that if you want these aspects designed that you add them to your brief so that designers will actually know.
