Budget good for 2-3 pages uncoded psd design scope for the contest project. No coding is here but you ask for something ecommerce like - allows my pay deposits for services listed ??
Also no guarantee means less chances of getting payment even if work hard....
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??
